We understand that you did not like the item delivered to you and seek our support.
As a Seller aggregator platform, we ensure full adherence of our return policies with our Sellers and the same is provided to our valued customers to ensure their interest. To facilitate the same, we offer Free Return/Exchange of your delivered item within 7 days of Delivery as per policy terms.
Following terms & conditions apply:-
a) The customer needs to raise a return request by filling the form below. You shall receive an acknowledgement to confirm the same.
b) Request can be raised within 7days of delivery (Includes the day of delivery) only. No request beyond this window shall be entertained.
c) Please ensure to preserve and return original packaging & its content to the Delivery executive assigned for return pickup.
d) The delivery Executive will make max. 3 attempts to collect the item from your place. Please ensure to respond to phone calls/sms communications by the courier partner. No further request will be entertained after all the attempts are made.
e) Ask for Return pickup slip from the delivery executive after handing over the item/s to the return pickup executive. This will serve as a proof of return for you, needed for further escalation if any thereafter.
e) Refund amount will be processed automatically within 2-3 working days, after the item is successfully returned. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund shall be made to the details shared in the form below. For Prepaid orders, amount shall be returned to the original payment mode within 3-5 working days or as per your Banking transaction cycle.
f) Please refrain from furnishing false informations/claims into the below form. The details received are monitored daily by our Senior Support staff, and false information will automatically be rejected. You may / may not receive any communication for such rejected requests.
